This blog is being set up to share insights I have acquired during my thirty years of experience as a Headhunter. It is my intention to share some of the secrets used in my own profession to attract top talent for our clients.

I also plan to share with you the main reasons individuals want to leave their current employer which can help you RETAIN your top talent. With the aging babyboomers, retention is going to be a tremendous challenge in the future.
